Whistleblowing

Fiber Group Sh.p.k., pursuant to Law 60/2016 «Whistleblowing and protection of whistleblowers» — which sets out the rules on reporting suspicious conduct or corruption practices by whistleblowers in the public and private sectors, the mechanisms protecting whistleblowers and the obligations of public authorities and private entities regarding whistleblowing — has activated an internal reporting channel, accessed by clicking the «Go to the Platform» button.

Through the internal channel, Fiber Group Sh.p.k. aims to offer employees, collaborators and users the possibility to report conduct that may not align with the principles of honesty, transparency, respect for diversity, promotion of inclusion and social responsibility, while ensuring compliance with the applicable national and international regulations.
